Steady Brand's music service only covers licensing agreements for Steady Brand products and not other music sources.
There are certain uses in which our music is no longer considered to be "background" music and our licensing does not cover the following:

• Fitness spaces with group, instructional, instructor-led, or music-choreographed exercise or routines - example Aerobic class.
• Live music performances
  
• DJs
• TVs with sound (audio-only clients)
• Business locations that charge a cover or admission feed
