What about Rock Climbing Gyms, Trampoline Parks, or Other Physical Activity Businesses?
These type of business are covered under our background agreement, as long as music is not the main focus and there is no activity to the music. Qualifying the location would be where the movement is not dependent upon the music and there are employees and visitors present who do not pay admission.
Use in amusement/theme parks....If the music is not associated with any of the rides and is used only for background music in the park, we have you covered.
